4 slices bacon, chopped
1 can cheddar cheese soup
8 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 small apple, peeled and chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Fry bacon until crisp, drain, reserve drippings. Stir 1/2 cup of soup in bowl until smooth, add eggs; beat until well blended, set aside. In casserole, stir remaining soup until smooth, stir in apple, milk, cheese and pepper. Cover, microwave 4 minutes on High until hot and bubbling. Stir once. Let stand, covered, while preparing omelets. Brush 1 teaspoon bacon drippings in bottom of pie plate. Pour in 1/2 egg mixture. Cover, microwave 2 minutes on High. Using spatula, gently move outer edge to center letting uncooked portion move to edge. Microwave 2 minutes on High. Fold in half, slide on plate. Repeat with bacon drippings and remaining egg mixture. Spoon sauce over each omelet, sprinkle with bacon.
4 Potatoes, peeled and shredded
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt
1 Egg
Onions to taste
Shred potatoes and dry in paper towels. Mix all ingredients together. Place by spoonfuls in hot oil and turn when browned.

Banana Cream Pie
1 pie crust, baked
1/4 cup Karo Syrup
2 cups milk
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs, separated
2 bananas, sliced
6 tbsp. sugar
In a saucepan, combine flour, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Stir in milk and blend well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add syrup and cook until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 or 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and add slightly beaten egg yolks (you may wish to add a small amount of hot mixture to egg yolks before adding to cooked mixture). Bring back to a boil and cook 1 minute. Stir in butter and vanilla. Place sliced bananas in bottom of baked pie crust. Top with cooked mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and add 6 Tbs. sugar. Blend until sugar is well blended. Place on top of pie and brown in preheated 350° oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
